We address the full operational spectrum of your property: structure and fabric, mechanical and electrical (M&E); home automation; life-safety (fire, etc); contractor selection and supervision, utilities and full legislative and regulatory compliance.

We are independent: third party appointments are made on merit alone. We never accept commissions or referral fees. You approve every supplier and spend before commitment, with no hidden mark-ups. Records, certificates, warranties and renewal dates sit on a secure, continuously updated platform. Regular updates are provided, supported by concise summaries and reviews covering performance, compliance, CapEx planning and major decisions.

Legal

All contractual “small print” is lawyer-reviewed; contractors are fully vetted, and insurances are kept under review. Our legal negotiation skills secure the best terms and value for you, with compliance and your best interests embedded in everything we do.

Household Accounting and Administration

Run by our Finance Director who is a qualified Chartered Accountant, we supervise household finances through client-segregated accounts and provide tailored reporting and hands-on management. From budgeting, cash management, supplier payments and payroll, we work alongside your team and our own to offer operational transparency and detailed reporting. We will adapt our service to ensure that both you and your team have the insight and level of detail required.

Pre-Purchase Assessment

Designed for clients and their advisors, our Pre-Purchase Assessment offers a clear, disciplined audit of a property prior to acquisition. By outlining the key financial and operational considerations of ownership, we bring structure and foresight to the decision-making process.
Each report is informed by in-person inspections carried out by our team, ensuring a practical and accurate understanding of the property. We remain closely involved beyond the point of purchase, supporting a smooth transition into ownership and ongoing property management.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Hobson Hill combines technical property management expertise with our professional skills to keep your home fully compliant and protected.

Asset Protection & Risk Management

Our property management team works proactively and will facilitate precautionary maintenance. We will assist with any insurance claim and maintain relevant records.

Client Liaison and Advisory Service

Every contracted visitor to your property, whether short or long term, will be bound by the Hobson Hill NDA. When instructed, we will handle your HR requirements, including staff recruitment, vetting and employment contracts.
